In 2016 Aspley Hornets is excited to announce the launch of girls footy to our club. We will be competing in an U11s, U13's and opens competition.

More than 51,000 QLD women and girls strapped on their footy boots in 2014. 30% of all QLD AFL participants are now female! Why?- what's so great about AFL? That's easy... AFL is an awesome way to get fit, make friends and have fun.

AFL caters for all age groups and abilities, so it doesn't matter if you know a lot or very little about the game. Our coaches are there to help and will teach you the skills and rules you need in a safe and friendly environment.

The Hornets are looking for girls and women in each of the three age groups- if you love to laugh, want to be active and hang out with your friends(or make new ones) come down and have a run with our great group of girls!
